September 7th

Little reminder for the world

that you are just

a child

just moving along

flowing

dancing

eternally young

but sacredly ancient

consciousness

watching this world go by 

like a leaf on September 7th

following the wind.

That little child

is who you are

behind the scenes

it’s in everyone.

You are me and I am you

drifting through ourself.

You are the universe

and it’s love

and everything is going to be ok

so enjoy what you have while you have it

and thats not a command

just allow yourself to flow 

when it gets hard.

You have the rest of eternity.

This world gives us the chance to

be separate so that we can connect

so that we can put our feet in grass

so that we can hear the songs of time

so that we can wonder

and enjoy the mystery.

So allow yourself to dance in and out

of being that kid who is all things

with an infinite playground

but also

to be that which is fractured.

When you feel like you’re alone

dive deep into another

Live for that other part of you

and there you’ll find a purpose.

Everything you need will be there

to remind you

that you get to go back

but you chose this for love

to experience it

to give it all away

to return to it.
